Assaranca Waterfall was discovered as part of our Donegal trip by me and my friends some years ago. At first, it wasn’t a part of our itinerary and we planned our way to Maghera Beach. Then we decided to stop here and spend some time here.

Each season this waterfall has something fascinating to offer you. In winter, the rain and snow make the water very heavy and create wonderful scenery. In winter the waterfall is also less crowded and you can enjoy its relaxing atmosphere. In summer, you can find people swimming in the water and hear their laughter and joy.

Assaranca Waterfall is surrounded by beautiful settings, like sandy beaches and valleys, making it a perfect place for immersing yourself in the beauty of nature.

I had a nice and memorable day at Assaranca Waterfall. Check out my detailed guide for more information.
